"I travel to Ottawa for business 4 to 5 times a year on average, and this is my favourite place to stay for work or when I’m coming for a personal trip. You can’t ask for a better location. Everything you want to see downtown is walkable there are restaurants and cafés everywhere. The Rideau mall is nearby. The rooms are amazing. "After years of visiting the Business Inn 2-3 times a year, I may have only once been disappointed. Fairly quiet, larger rooms, and everything from a gym to a breakfast included. In an area of Ottawa where things like major tourist attractions, museums, and ByWard market, are close by. For coffee, beer, bars, or restaurants there are things nearby."

"The hotel is conveniently located 10 minutes walk from the Confederation Park and Rideau Canal where the Winterlude Festival was held. The room was modern, clean and spacious. It had 2 queen sized beds and a very large bathroom. Initially we thought parking would be a problem because the hotel was located in downtown Ottawa. It turned out that street parking was free overnight. Overall, my family and I had a pleasant stay and would recommend to anyone traveling to Ottawa for sightseeing."

"Hôtel was very conveniently located, we have smaller children and were able to walk to Parliament and the Mint with no issue. Very close to Rideau Centre and many shops/ restaurants. Kids enjoyed the pool and it was nice that it had a shallow end/ side for our younger daughter. "
