"The hotel is wonderful and the location is excellent. Tokyo is a very big city and Ginza is a very central “neighborhood”. These two characteristics alone would be enough to rate the hotel as excellent. However, the hotel exceeds all expectations in terms of staff. The hospitality was the best I have ever seen! The entire staff is well trained and very attentive, including with our 7-month-old baby - special mention for the VIP service for him. We will definitely be back!"

The Japanese breakfast is delicious and I love daily fruits and dessert provided by the hotel. We also appreciated the lounge on the first floor, which offered books and guides about Tokyo that were useful for planning our sightseeing. Although the hotel is located within the Tsukiji Market area, it was quiet at night and provided a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. We had a very pleasant stay and would gladly return."
