"The Vatican Plaza was a great stay and an excellent location - a short walk to the Vatican and right off the Ottaviano metro stop. The room was recently renovated and in excellent condition - would happily stay here again! The Vatican Plaza is not a "traditional" hotel, but rather a group of private rooms in an apartment building - this did not come across to me while booking but I had no issues with it."

"When we came to the property the air-conditioned was already broke, we told the person and he kept saying it's working, but, it's not. We can't sleep because of the heat in the room and the mattress was horrible, they needed to change it it so bad. That the next 2 day we went to get a different hotel. The man didn't even help us getting a fan in the room. "
