"Beautiful location, friendly staff, lovely food."

"I loved staying here, yes it's dated inside the rooms as the pictures clearly show before booking, but the hotel is located in the most beautiful area. I had the most relaxing holiday, strolling through the sand dunes and sunbathing by the pool. The hotel has 2 great swimming pools, the gym is good and food was good, my room was clean and very spacious. The staff are all lovely, I will definitely return if I get the opportunity. "

"A very enjoyable 5 nights stay. Breakfast has something to suit everyone and staff were excellent at keeping food topped-up and plates cleared. Plenty of room around the good sized hotel pool and the activities provided by staff were welcome. The hotel is clean and in good condition, with renovation clearly happening. As we were there at a quiet time, we were given a room upgrade and the room with lounge was spacious and fresh. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops and beaches close-by...

"Lisa is very helpful and responsive. Great service of hospitality. We have the luck to have our room upgraded to pool side. The whole experience is enriched. Everything is clean and sufficient in our room. Free parking on streets or public car park outside the property is convenient and safe. The location is not in the centre but there is no problem because we have rented a car. Few options on restaurants and a mini store is within 5 minutes walk."

"We spent four nights at the Princesa Yaiza and really enjoyed it. The hotel is a bit old-style, but it’s very well maintained with gorgeous tropical gardens. The salty pool is the best, and the hotel sits right in front of a great sandy beach, which is perfect for swimming and walks. The following morning I reported this to reception and she told me she would send up a maintenance man to have a look. Within 15 mins the man arrived and said we will change your room.
