"The staff was great! We were able to check in early which was a big plus after flying for 17 hours. I asked about our free spirits for being a VIP member and they said they would leave it in the room for us. We left a do not disturb sign on the door for the 3 nights we were there. They apologized to us that they hadn't dropped it off due to the do not disturb sign and offered us the bottle of spirits at departure and gave us a free buffet toi!
