"This is our second stay at this hotel, and the second stay was just as amazing as the first! The staff is so incredibly helpful--not in your face or pushy, but there when you need them and very kind. We selected the Red Level again, and we loved the separate lounge area (and took advantage of it). This has become our go-to hotel when in Madrid! Oh, and we loved the bath tub. :)"

"Our room/suite was perfect for us in our visit to Madrid. We were perfectly located in old town within walking distance to places we wanted to visit. Bus, taxi and metro options are also nearby. We used the bus for longer distances. Many choices for grocery stores and restaurants are close-by. The staff was warm, welcoming and super responsive to questions and requests.
