The breakfast was very good (I didn’t try the other food or alcohol as I don’t drink). Great location, walking distance to many sights, the Thames, and the underground tube. "First time in a HYATT owned hotel, location is great, staff (especially restaurant manager Daria and receptionist Kaylan are outstanding) is really good and friendly and made my trip awesome and feel myself welcomed. "This was an amazingly placed Hotel, just a few steps from Tower Hill tube station. Really funky modern vibe and on one of the hottest weekends just beautifully cool. Our room had everything we needed and was clean. Stunning views and so well located for the tower of London. Plenty of eateries nearby and being so accessible for the tube we were able to travel all over. Would highly recommend."
