This is a beautifully designed property staffed with kind and helpful professionals. We loved the Mansion suite - elegant furnishings and wallpaper, with a constantly refreshed "maxi-bar" full of treats. The Portrait Bar - open only to guests during the day - is a welcome respite while waiting for your room or taking a break from all the walking in the city.
Especially high praise goes to the concierge, who was able to secure a reservation at one of NYC's notoriously...
