Old dirty linens on the bed (color had washed off, holes, frays). Booked for 4 and only linens for 3. We mentioned the issues and were given access to another apartment a mile away. Had to figure out our own transportation. This apartment was in order. We also weren't the only ones, we recognized another...

"We were left outside at the address with no information whatsoever about how to access the flat. Moreover, the number given at the booking summary was not correct. Finally, managed to contact them and were given details of a different flat at a different address with lower quality and cheaper price overall (after checking in Hotels.com for the average price). Really disappointed about the service."

"Apartment is on the first floor. All windows with exception of 1 are not opening and rolletes are fixed closed, so it is pretty dark inside. Convenient location and mostly clean."
