"Very private, very calm. With parking lot where we could park our rental car. At nights the parking lot is closed so it feels safe to leave the car. Only 2 blocks from Lamai beach, which is one of the best beaches in Koh Samui. Room was very spacious, with two bedrooms, ideal for our family of 2 teenagers, mom and dad. "Not a nice property. It was in a loud kind of seedy area of Lamai. The room was ok and quiet with earplugs and probably ok for a night but if you have the means to pay a bit more, then get something better. "
