"Mattress was too soft and very uncomfortable, pillows are too thick, numerous power outages (a few seconds each, but there were about 20), AC had issues and had to be fixed, wifi stopped working for many hours, there was no hot water in shower. Location is convenient for airport but there are also better options nearby."

The room was extremely dirty, stains and spots on the floor everywhere, ketchup on the table, dust, and stains all over the sink and mirror, hair on the sheets, a piece of metal laying next to the sink. Personnel is not rude but doesn't speak good English, overcharge for taxi, ask personal questions, send a clerk to clean in front of me instead of changing me to a cleaner room right away. The hotel seems relatively new, but super poorly...

"Clean, aesthetically pleasing hotel! Outstanding service! Food and room service were great. I was treated with respect by all staff! Some issue about unmarried visitors. Some noise in the front of building overnight. These issues were addressed post-vist but I still have to be honest about my experience. I cannot say enough good things about my stay! Would love to visit again in the future. Thank you!"
