"We checked late and got ready for bed. Pulled the sheets back and found d a large blood (cycle blood) stain in the middle of the bed. Had on thru into the pad. Called staff and told him and asked for clean bedding. He came without bedding to investigate as though I was making it up. He stripped the bed and got new linens and then blamed previous guests that must have remade the bed to hide the number of people that had stayed in the room. Then the housekeeper for taking short cuts and only changing the bed that had been used. This morning I found this sign on the front desk. MICROTEL BY WYNDHAM MANKATO ALL GUESTS MUST CHECK THEIR ROOM (S) IN THE FIRST 15 MINUTES OF CHECK IN AND REPORT ANY COMPLAINT WITH THEIR ROOM (S) IF ANY TO THE FRONT DESK. AFTER 20 MINUTES NO REFUNDS, DISCOUNTS OR ROOM CHANGES. NO EXCEPTIONS. THANK YOU THE MANAGEMENT I have photos if they let me attach them"
