I had accidentally booked the wrong night for our stay at the Gondar Plaza Hotel. When we arrived and I panicked about this, the staff was SO accommodating. They said no problem and were able to find us a room and we were able to sort out the finances quite easily. For that we are very thankful otherwise we wouldn't have a place to stay!

The Hotel Manger paid personal visits to our room to ensure that we were doing well, and in one case noted we were late for breakfast, and offered to arrange room service so we would not miss our breakfast.
