"Wonderful hotel centrally located for shopping and sightseeing. As others have mentioned, the service is outstanding from check in, to the restaurant and the cleaning staff too. The breakfast is fantastic - there is an extensive menu to order from but they are happy to customize for your needs. Little touches like sleeping masks, pillow spray, chocolates every evening make it a special place to stay. Highly recommend!!"

"Helen Berger is a super little boutique hotel in the heart of Valencia. Perfectly placed for all the sites of the old town and further. Rooms are small, very clean and quietly sophisticated. Staff were very helpful at all times providing seamless check-in, bike hire and restaurant recommendations. The restaurant is popular with locals and provides a relaxed bar experience."

"Excellent location in the historical centre just yards from the cathedral, central market and plaza riena. Easy walking distance to main rail station Estacion del Norte and metro stop. We took metro from Airport( line 3 or 5) to Xàtiva stop. €6.10 then taxi from Estacion del Norte across the road to hotel €5.50. Comfortable room quite spacious but short on storage space. Didn’t have breakfast so can’t comment. Kettle/coffee machine in room. Small cups. Staff helpful with directions etc. Would...

"A perfect stay in Valencia! The staff was helpful, our room was spacious & comfortable (rm 301), and the use of the other Valentia property’s rooftop terrace restaurant was a quiet place for an afternoon coffee with amazing views of La Seu. We will absolutely return to this property!"
