Lovely hotel well designed nice views staff were helpful friendly all round 10/10 stay all though what would make rooms better if it had a TV in bathroom that's just a thought

Diana and Noel are the best host and hostess we have experienced in years of staying in B&B accommodations. They are kind, helpful, and delightful company. Their home is beautiful, cozy and full of charm. They provide ample space across many rooms in their home. Your breakfast is home cooked delicious and coffee amazing (Noel is a first rate barista).

A dapper hotel in the heart of Invercargill. Crisp decor with comfortable beds. Staff are courteous and welcoming. Enjoyed the eateries at the hotel. The food was scrumptious.

The owner was very nice, the room had everything it should and was clean as a whistle, and I slept like a rock, both nights.

Clean and comfortable with easy on-site parking, good Wifi/smart TV. Very nice staff. Washer/dryer for $NZ 5 per load. Mini fridge, microwave, electric kettle, black out curtains. Excellent Indian restaurant a block away.

Tower Lodge afforded us a great starting out point for our exploration of Invercargill. It's right across from the attractive water tower (hence, its name), down the street from the beautiful botanical gardens, and near great restaurants. We were here only one night in advance of our trip to Stewart I. the next day, but think the town is worth another visit someday. Owner is especially nice and helpful. She readily called places to get information for us, helped us locate things on maps, etc....

Solo traveling, I decided last minute to stay in Invercargill. The saint who was working the reception stayed late on her Sunday (St. Patty’s Day) to make sure I got in ok. Even had the room heated and had a biscuit waiting for me. I have to say I was overly impressed with amenities! What a place! Full kitchen with silver/glasswear. 2 smart TVs, lofted bedroom. It was truly better than many so called ‘luxury hotels’ I’ve stayed at, and the value for money of my stay was unmatched. I will be...

Our hosts were very accomodating for our late arrival! As we were checking out and hubby was trying to clean the windows of our car, one of the housekeeper's offered windex and rags to him so that we could see all the beauty around us! We were given a discount card for a local restaurant and treated very kindly! All was perfect!

I have traveled many places and used many hotels over the years. Among them, it was ranked 1st, 2nd, and 3rd among the truly memorable places. In particular, what is comparable to other places is that the owner runs everything himself, of course, with well-trained staff, he is friendly, clean, etc., and does a thorough job of welcoming customers. A beautiful hotel and the staff was excellent. We had a problem with a very loud neighbor and they moved us to another room that was actually an upgrade. The restaurant onsite is excellent as well.
