The rooms are clean and relatively spacious, the breakfast is wonderful, the owner is absolutely phenomenal (he even assisted me with gassing up my car before we left!), and the pool is absolutely magnificent…I’ve never seen a nicer pool outside of a resort!
We had the most lovely stay at Antico Borgo Etneo. Conveniently located 5 minutes from the train station, the property is gorgeous, our room was very clean and relatively cool considering we were in the middle of a heat wave. Great hospitality and a scrumptious breakfast (we’ll be thinking about that lemon chiffon cake for ages). We would stay again the next time in Calatabiano. Grazie a tutti!
I had an amazing stay at Dipladenia Garden Country Resort! The staff was wonderful. They even met us at the square and navigated our car up into their parking area. They just went over and above doing anything they could for us! The cottage was roomy, decorated nicely and super clean. The staff brought us anything we needed and even let me know when the spa was ready after it went down for 15 minutes. The views from the cottage were superb- from the terraces all the way out to the sea, and the garden with it's citrus and vegetables draped everywhere....
