We had a wonderful stay at The Houses of History. It was a unique experience, for our family as the property has a lot of character.
The pool was perfect for cooling off during the hot weather and our kids really enjoyed it. Breakfast was delicious with a great selection.
The staff was exceptionally friendly, welcoming and ready to help. Overall, a memorable stay, and we would happily recommend it to anyone looking for something a little different.
This accomadation was truly unique in that it gave direct easy access to the Balaton lake and also the main road with easy parking. It felt like home away from home with wonderful kitchen, incredible shower (often rare in Europe) and cozy amenities such as a swedish dry sauna and large screen TVs. The picnic basket breakfast were a special touch and complimentary use of the bikes was wonderful A great value overall and i would stay again... and again.
