"Well, first of all the pools was closed when you look online it didn’t tell you that the pools was closed second I didn’t have no hot water when I wanted to take a shower and the signal on the TV kept going out saying 771 no signal"

"Went to wine and bar restaurant for dinner and food was delicious. However it would be nice if there were a few places open later instead of closing early. Also went to the burger place after 9pm which was the only food court open till 3am. Hamburgers were delicious. I miss the old fashioned slot machines and learned 5 dollars to start off with slots not 1 dollar as some other hotels have. But overall no complaints. I would definitely come back. "

"Plan to arrive with enough time to unpack and settle in, to allow for opportunities to browse. No one walked me through the valet vs. self parking options. And didn’t validate my parking for day. "There was a roach in my first room the second room was not clean blond hair on the floor. The $50 room credit promised was never applied. I have stayed here many times before and never have I experienced such horrible housekeeping. The refrigerator and other electrical outlets did not work. "
