"I had a great stay at Hyatt Place Mystic. The property is very clean, well‑maintained, and feels comfortable throughout. The staff keeps the common areas and rooms in excellent condition, which made the stay relaxing and enjoyable. The only downside is that you can hear noise from outside, which can be noticeable at times. Aside from that, everything else about the hotel was excellent."

"For the price of a single night stay we were not thrilled to see a full Starbucks and no accessible grab and go breakfast outside those hours. This aside the staff was friendly, especially the girl who works at the Starbucks and she didn't have change, otherwise I would have tipped her. The room was clean and comfortable - the shower was not great and the bathroom was bare bones."
