The staff was friendly as soon as I arrived, and helpful. They got me a room that suit my needs. The room was clean and pretty. The bed very comfortable. I had breakfast on one morning and there were multiple choices. Delicious. If I had to nitpick, it would be the scent that they leave in rooms. It wasn’t to my liking, but it wasn’t bad. Hotel perfume. I had a great stay and will be back!

Very clean and comfortable hotel. Easy check in, I had a knee replacement a week ago and had to travel to Seattle for an appointment. They had showers that you could roll in a wheelchair if needed and shower chairs which helped me a lot. Also it was no extra charge for this option. I would definitely stay there again. Only issue was because of traffic it takes about 20 to 30 mins to get to Seattle if that is where your going.

The location was central to everything that I had to do. And the staff was great!

Check in and out was very quick. My tv wouldn't turn on. Poor review because I had no tv, had to use my phone.

Extremely friendly and polite staff; eager to help. Very clean rooms and grounds. Outdoor covered seating. Beautiful potted plants. Very reasonable rates. All in all, a10 out of 10.

Fun and whimsical. Adorable town. Worth the stay! We will be back.

Excellent, clean hotel. Easy access to UW Medical clinic and Kingston/Edmunds Ferry. This will be our hotel of choice for medical visits.

My stay was AMAZING! The staff was very courteous and helpful.. the full breakfast every morning was delicious ... the pool was also great, along with the fire pit in the outside patio area. We will definitely stay here when we are back in Seattle!

The staff I interacted with everyday at the Watertown Hotel during my 4-night stay there were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is located in a very convenient and safe area. House keeping is offered every other day, which works perfect for me. Room amenities, such as coffee was not automatically refilled during room cleaning. We spent 5 nights at the Quality Inn. Our room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The room had a fridge, microwave and coffee maker. Free parking and no resort fees are a huge plus!! Check-in was easy. Desk clerk Andre did an excellent job. We have had previous contacts with Andre with other reservations. He demonstrates excellent customer service skills. Wasn’t expecting much for a motel, but our six night stay was fantastic. The rooms were large and the sound proofing great. The beds and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast area was roomy and had great food plus snacks for later in the day. Highly recommend this motel!!
