The motel and property were great. What wasn't great was Expedia....We switched and booked directely with the motel and saved about $70 per night. What is the story here? I thot Expedia was supposed to save you money but if I had booked throught Expedia it would have cost me alot more money!!!! Don't know if I will trust Expedia anymore for motel rooms and etc!!
Convenient, close to gas, food and Costco. Easy parking. Rooms are clean, beds are nice. But carpet a little dirty and bathtub drains a little clogged. There's a microwave and fridge in the room which is nice.

Our hotel room was amazing! Very clean and smelled nice. The manager is Super nice. We arrived earlier then expected, and even though check in was not until 4 pm, he allowed us to check in an hour early.
Nothing wrong with an older property if it's clean and well maintained. It was nice getting to the room and not finding anything at all wrong with it. The staff were all friendly and helpful, the hotel had everything we needed plus options for food within walking distance. The grounds and parking lot were clean. We were never disturbed by noise. We honestly don't have a single complaint!
The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was generous Eggs with mushrooms and spinach, bacon, breakfast burritos and french toast. Muffins, and other things..the restaurant that's is open in the afternoon had good food and a very nice patio to eat.with beautiful sorroundings . Just a really nice quiet place to unwind.
This place was perfect for us. Small town, friendly helpful staff and a clean, comfortable room. That's what we wanted and that's what we got. Couldn't have been better.
The College Inn was a cute and comfy place to stay while visiting Monmouth/Western Oregon University. It’s in a very convenient location near a Carl’s Jr. (open late for those arriving on late flights), Dutch Bros., and a tractor supply store. I mention that tractor store bc they had long socks which my kid needed for soccer and forgot to pack them! The staff was friendly during check in and checking out was a breeze.
