"The only thing I would point out is the lighting. Not enough or bright enough lights in the room and it was so dim at breakfast I found it difficult to see everything."

"This hotel had updated and clean rooms. The breakfast was poor as it was very high carb, very low protein, and limited on selection of food. The juice machine didn't work. There was no staff available to inform of the problem. Also, no staff was available to check us out. You just put your key in a box, which can be taken by anyone. I understand I used Expedia to book and pay for the room, but I like to check out with a person. When there is no person available at the front desk, customer service is lacking. There was a sign that the employee was away from the desk and you could use the phone to dial 0 to get help. The phone was busy when I tried to dial 0."

"Had a very relaxing and quiet evening. Room was very clean. Had a small issue with the volume on TV but the Manager took care of it immediately. Enjoyed my breakfast and a good cup of coffee. Enjoyed my stay as I have stayed there a few times and my cat stays with me too. Thankful for that too."
