We needed a place to stay for the night where we could park our truck and RV safely while getting a good night’s rest and a meal. This place checked all of the boxes for us, including accommodations for the smoker so he didn’t have to keep meandering through the halls to get outside to smoke. So rare these days to find a hotel that still has any dedicated smoking rooms!

I only have one suggestion of hotel staff… please consider putting a large trash can outside in the gazebo area! We among others enjoyed sitting under it to look at the lake and relax, but in the wind lots of things were blowing around loudly that shouldn’t have been there… mainly about 6 old beer cans.if a trash can is there I think this issue would be less likely 🙂...
This is my second time here. We had a great time. It was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. It was just what we needed for our time off away from work.
The staff were kind, helpful and truly on top of things. I was in the valley the weekend of the Genoa cowboy festival and it was just a hop, skip and a jump down the road.
It's close to shops and convenience stores, for those just-in-case items!
The best Mexican food place in the town, Francisco's, is less than a mile north along the highway.

I loved my room. It had a balcony, which let in a lot of light & a cool fresh breeze. I like that the room had it's own a/c unit that i could control because the overall temp in the place was HOT! My room was very clean, equipped with many amenities & a comfortable king size bed. The tv came with HBO & Cinemax, which was nice. My room had a fridge, microwave, coffee machine, iron w/ironing board (full size), hair dryer, and decent toiletries. The staff were all friendly and accommodating, ...
Our stay at this hotel was nice. Clean facility and hotel room. Beds were comfortable. The complimentary breakfast bar was good with a nice variety. The hot tub and pool looked inviting, altho’ we didn’t use it.
I would advise to book on top floor, to not get “walking noise” from others and not to book near hot tub/pool area, due to noise.
