"On arrival, we were assigned a second floor room but desk clerk noticed my wife limping from recent horse accident and chased after us to offer a room on first floor for ease of access; a wonderfully kind act which we appreciated. The property is quite large and seems to be older. In the bathroom, the door barely clears the toilet although all worked well. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. Recent upgrades include a HUGE TV in room with wide access, although we repeatedly had interference from other electronics and never could make it work, nor could staff. Once this is worked out, it will be a real bonus feature. We did not use dining or other facilities."

"The room was clean the bed was comfortable of the mattress and the pillow the only issue was there was no hot water in the shower but there was hot water in the sink and the room was a little bit cold and looked like some people left some food in the refrigerator that was never picked up and trash was still full of trash other than that everything was good"

"Beautiful pool area outside. However towels were not available. A place to change by the pool would be nice. No refrigerator in the room. No coffee maker in the room. Coffee was available in the lobby. However the hot water and milk were empty and no one was there to assist. It nicer to have coffee in your room instead of having to get dressed and go to the lobby."
