While the staff did provide guidance to get the TV working and politely directed me to the support number for internet assistance, the overall experience fell short of expectations."

"Not So Good: The workout room was disappointing. The treadmill was out of order. The elliptical machine was not working. Would light up and then stop when started. The floor needed to be swept. The hotel did seem a bit worn and dated in wall coverings and furnishings. Porch door was a bit unstable - felt like it didn't shut / lock well. Good: The hotel was clean. Beds were comfortable. The river view is lovely. The rushing sound of the water, the mist rising on a cold morning . . lovely."
