I liked the cleanliness, the staff's pleasant and hospitable attitude and generally pleasant atmosphere. I love that my pet was welcomed and this made my trip so much easier. What I did not care for was the obvious dismissive attitude some guests must employ about cleaning up after their own pets. What a sad state of mind when provided with such a comfortable and safe envoronment for myself and my pet.
