"Clean room, fast WiFi, delicious breakfast "

"Great hotel . We came from 🇨🇦 for a few days in NYC at NYE ✨🗽. Hotel was 45 mins to city super quick , clean , lots of food shopping around if you want it . Nice took two double beds pull out couch . Only two things bothered me however I knew them before we stayed so not a big issue . The mini fridge area needs improving and the paid breakfast for a family of 5 daily was over 100$ for us that was a hard no! "

"Personally, I believe the staff here goes above and beyond what any other hotel I have ever stayed at. I would recommend anyone to stay here if they want a superior experience. Cleanliness, service, and amenities are flawless. I would also like to shout out the supervisor Harley she made sure everyone was taking care of and it’s very obvious. She takes her job very serious."

"We had to shorten our stay and relocate because the pool was closed and that created a very unhappy teenager, but the room and facility was beautiful, and the staff was SO wonderful working with Expedia to facilitate a refund for our unused days. 100% happy with our experience, and would definitely stay in the future when the pool is available."
