Hotel Henri NY
8/10 Good
"The TV was a problem, I had to see the desk twice in order to get connected to internet. A guest should not have to do that with the TV. Please think about leaving instructions next to the TV"
New York Hilton Midtown
10/10 Excellent
"This property was very convenient for the event I was attending, which was the tax forum. However, if you’re staying on floors 24–34, be prepared to wait a little longer for the elevators. Car 9 usually takes the longest, and there are signs throughout the property letting you know about the elevator situation, so definitely plan accordingly. As far as the room, I honestly don’t feel the price reflects what you get. There was no coffee pot or microwave in the room, and the mini refrigerator and safe were tucked away inside the cabinet. Now, the customer service was 1,000,000/10! Everyone I encountered was amazing and extremely helpful. Overall, I would recommend this property mainly because of the exceptional customer service and the convenient location. You can also get to Times Square very quickly, which is definitely a plus!"
Moxy NYC Times Square

"Our room was quite clean and it was an overall pleasant stay. However, the common room area was closed at midnight every night and our room had a faulty thermostat."
The Renwick
10/10 Excellent
"Had plumbing issues with are tub. It would fill up over your ankles an then take 3 hrs to drain."
Hotel 32 32
10/10 Excellent
"The whole staff was amazing and so helpful. They went above and beyond to help accommodate all of our needs! I will definitely stay here again!"
Arlo NoMad

"Small but very clean rooms in a great location. Staff was very friendly and helpful!"
The Lexington Hotel, Autograph Collection
8/10 Good
"Overall, really liked the hotel. I purchased two rooms. One was excellent as it was a nice sized room. The other, the one we were in, was very small and the furniture was a bit worn. The Management, upon my request, was willing to switch us to a larger room, but it was on another floor - away from the other room. So, we stayed where we were. But, all in all, we enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay there again in the future."
31 Street Broadway Hotel
10/10 Excellent
"The building management was helpful. We didn't have to get in touch with the host at all. The check in was smooth. If you arrive earlier than your check in time there in no place to keep your luggage."
Millennium Hotel Broadway Times Square
10/10 Excellent
"Clean room.but No laundry to wash your clothes and no microwave to reheat your food."
