"Don't advertise a restaurant on site if it has limited hours. The pool are was closed and that's the only why we booked there, no compensation for that closure."

They found out about my situation and made room for me on their booked day and gave me a discount rate so I could afford to stay longer. They are an amazing team "

"Great location to stadiums. Booked a premium room, was given a standard room (which was less expensive per night) with no reimbursement/change of room. Was told by check in staff Expedia sends them reservation booked and only states any room, not the specific room booked. Staff did provide two breakfast vouchers for issue, however would have much preferred the room booked. This concerns me about using Expedia for future bookings, the type of room you book is very important for not only price, but also consumer needs and wants."
