Location of room was on first floor right by the pool which was convenient. Room was nice and bed comfortable. Was allowed to check in early.

Great property right on the lake. Balcony with lake view with easy parking, walk right to the lake and tons of dining and bars nearby. We loved our stay here!

Last minute get away - although the weather was cold, the hotel and staff very friendly and attentive.

Lakeside rooms have nice view of Lake Geneva. Hotel has dock for guests across the street. Easy walking to shops and restaurants as well as Riviera dock for boat trips and swimming beach. We didn't move our car while we were there. Historic Baker House restaurant right next door is charming and filled with antiques.

Walking in, it seemed average but nice. For a last minute booking was satisfying. But once in our room, we were pleasantly surprised at the clean and comfortable room. Full kitchen, separate bedroom, and LARGE jetted bathtub. The complimentary cleansers and lotion were bath and body works, the extra mirror for makeup was great, and the bed was super comfortable. My friends and I were very happy with the facilities at Timber Ridge. The staff were very accommodating and helped call for a Trolley to take us to Grand Geneva.
