Everything was awesome,the pool and popcorn and rootbeer floats at front desk were amazing.The only issue was stairs and my moms age.A.Should have made sure I got ground floor and I wish it asked when making resivations lol but everything else was amazing.

We loved this property. The staff is top notch! Everyone was very helpful and welcoming. We were traveling and part of our trip was cancelled so we arrived several hours before scheduled check in and they were more than happy to give us an early check in with no additional cost. The room was very nice and extremely comfortable. We will stay here again for sure - highly recommend!!!
This hotel was far above what I have come to expect from a Best Western in a small town. The room was comfortable with good quality bedding and bathroom amenities. The breakfast was more than the usual continental fare, and the exercise room was well equipped and spacious. My only complaint was with the pillows, they were the standards foam pillow.
We were pleasantly surprised. One of the best rooms we’ve been in on our round-trip roadtrip from the west coast to Ohio. The beds were comfortable, pillows were great; we appreciated the bedbug and waterproof covers on the mattresses. Everything seemed clean, the sink had nice counter space; nice table & chairs, area for clothes and luggage; fridge & microwave. It’s the only place we’ve been on this trip that had hot breakfast options, which was nice for getting the morning started off right....
I travel a lot. Normally it's in an airplane to Asia. The other trip I often make is in in a car from Seattle to Wisconsin and back with my little shiba. Traveling with her has its own demands, not counting her demands. The trickiest part is finding places to stay that accept dogs, and that are somewhere close to where you expect to be when you plan to stop for the night. Sullivan was where I expected to be and the Comfort Inn accepted dogs. The reason I was way down in Sullivan Missouri on...
My room was nice, it had a hot shower and was very clean. Also, nice indoor pool, well lit parking lot and decent free breakfast. I have stayed here for several overnight trips and will continue to do so.
All expectations for place were "blown" out of the water. It was the perfect, secluded locations to rekindle a relationship with the love of my life. Dreams do come true.
This was our first visit to The Inns at St Albans and I was impressed by both the property and the amenities. If you are going to be in the area and you're looking for a unique, picturesque, historic and all around lovely place to stay, I highly recommend The Inns at St Albans.
This is a great B&B for couples. The building appears to have had a complete rehab and is in pristine shape. It's quiet, the staff is fantastic, it's convenient, and the price is great. It was quite easy to get to Hermann or Washington depending on what we wanted to do. And New Haven has a few other gems such as the distillery and pizza place down by the railroad.
Best place for the price in Sullivan. Amazing staff, clean room, comfortable bed and ricks famous burgers right next door. Will definitely stay here again.
