"The kitchen was fully equipped with utensils, pans, dishes, etc.. There was a dishwasher, but it seemed wasteful to use it. We purchased a drying rack and some storage containers to use and left them for the next guests. The staff was outstanding. There were a couple of minor technical issues which they took care of immediately. We stayed in the same complex last spring and loved it enough to stay here again during the holidays."

A special THANK YOU and shout out to Tisha. She was the person who greeted us when we arrived and also the person who helped us with check out. Tisha was so pleasant to interact with and incredibly professional. This is a busy season and the front desk was super busy at all times. So we greatly appreciated the outstanding customer service delivered not only by front desk staff but throughout the whole hotel. Mahalo from the bottom of our hearts. "
"We were pleasantly surprised how nice, clean, spacious, and well equipped Holua Resort is. We enjoyed everything about our property. It was a short stay and we are looking forward for another longer stay the next time."
