The room very clean and comfortable. The air was already running, so I didn't have to set it up when I arrived like I do at other hotels. This is one of the few hotels that has ceiling fans in their rooms! It's nice to have air circulating without having to turn on the fan in the air conditioning unit which cut down on the noise. The staff is super nice and always willing to help. Would definitely stay here again.

I had a terrible day due to a death in my family and when I arrived I was clearly upset and in tears. The staff, including the manager could tell I was distressed. They offered me dinner and water. They offered to get my bags to my room. The manager went out of her way to help me. I am normally a calm person but being away from home during a death was upsetting. They did all they could to comfort me. They went way above and beyond.

The property and some of the staff was great. The person on Saturday, December 28 that was working the kitchen was not friendly at all. My mother was getting her food and he made a comment that we needed to hurry up since it was getting close to 10. She thought that was rude. If you still have people getting something to eat you do not need to rush them to get out of the area to eat. Not good customer service.
