Great price for a quick overnight stay in town.Very clean and well maintained, towels and linens smelled so fresh! Bed was super comfy:)
Close to train tracks so you will hear the trains if and when they roll by.
I liked the that the Buckhorn Grill was open. We had a 1pm thanksgiving meal with local family and it was nice to be able to get something to eat after 7pm.
The hotel was clean except they forgot to check fridges..... the breakfast was great and they have a pool and hottub that we're very pleasant. The pool area was a little warm need to turn air on maybe but overal nice place to stay! Huge rooms!!
Appears to be newer hotel or recently renovated. All the staff were pleasant and helpful. Hard floors must be the trend in newer hotels. If we were to stay for a longer trip, I would want some storage to be able to unpack but for our 3 day stay I liked the minimalist feel of the room. The window seat was fantastic and I could sit and read comfortably. Great place to watch the changing leaves on the bluff behind the hotel. Breakfast was standard hotel offering - waffles, eggs, sausage,...
From the moment we arrived, Melissa greeted us. It was appreciated as we arrived later than expected. The rooms are clean and we had full control of the temperature. The location was perfect, we were walking distance from the casino, a scenic overview and a play lot for the kids. Breakfast was more than adequate with fresh Puck coffee. The staff was on top of the breakfast area, no one had to wait very long for warm food. Each room had it's own safe along with a refrigerator and microwave. ...
We stayed one night visiting family in the area. This was a comfortable and clean room. We were able to use the pool while there and the kids enjoyed it. The breakfast was okay. Nothing special, but definitely fine for what we needed. Only suggestion would be to have more outlets for charging phones. Overall this was a very nice stay for us.
Upon checking in they had no record of reservation through Expedia. They said it had been an ongoing problem with Expedia. Luckily they had a room so we had a place to stay but I'm not sure I'm going to use Expedia from now on. We had a confirmation number but it never got through to the Motel.
Look let’s start with place is fairly no frills, but that’s not a bad thing what they do have is good. The staff is top notch. I would have liked better options for the breakfast.
