"The only staff that is nice are the men in the blue jackets and the hotel lobby. Dirty dirty dirty. The room was out dated and smelled dusty and moldy and the shower was awful, tile was slimey . The air conditioning wasn’t cooling. But it is a casino and you are there for only one thing. A little too pricey for a one night stay. I wouldn’t recommend "

" Front desk was amazing, super helpful and made my sons weekend by being able to make s’mores! He was so excited he made one for the thoughtful lady at the front desk! This is our 4th or 5th time staying at this property and always have a great experience! Parking is easy and they have Ev chargers on site which is helpful!"

"Property was clean and comfortable. Connected to Lady Luck so we walked through the building getting to enjoy both casinos without stepping outside. We did venture across the street to Monarch as well. Very convenient and accessible. Only negative was that on the restaurant they charge $3 if you order to go "

"Good location, minutes from ski resorts, lake, restaurants, shops, dining, and more. Safe and spacious parking, pool, hot tub, gym and a cool bar with pool tables and arcade games."

"most things were great. Was missing remote and when i called they gave me one that did not work. Also there was not do not disturb hanger in my room so i got a knock a couple time in the morning from housekeeping. Not a big deal but a little annoying. "
