Learn more about Livingston Manor
Anglers wade into the Willowemoc Creek with practiced patience, seeking the perfect cast in what locals call 'trout heaven.' The Catskill Fly Fishing Center and Museum celebrates this heritage with displays that might convert even non-fishers to the meditative sport. After exploring Catskill Park's trails, where deer appear like ghosts between trees, reward yourself at Catskill Brewery's tasting room. The Catskill Art Society offers cultural respite in this outdoorsy hamlet. For a perfect day trip, grab picnic supplies from Main Street's delis before heading to Mongaup Pond Campground, where the water reflects mountains that seem to have escaped from a Hudson River School painting.

Emerson Resort & Spa
8/10 Good
"The Emerson is a great resort/spa. Our room was just beautiful, clean , and comfortable. However, you will need to plan your stay well before you arrive since spa treatments book up quickly. My stay was spur of the moment so there was no availability, not even for a pedicure. Also be advised that there is no cell service (didn’t matter to me) but there is WiFi. I was aware that the restaurant was closed on the days of my stay so I can’t comment on the food. Even though this is a nice place, I don’t think I’ll be staying here again."
Resorts World Catskills Casino

"Clean room and casino"
Days Inn by Wyndham Liberty/Monticello
10/10 Excellent
"Beds and pillows awesome, shower good. Older place could use updates"
BUENA VISTA INN
8/10 Good
"The rooms were newly redone with some upgrades (like plumbing) still needed. Staff/owner was friendly and helpful. It’s one of the few places around and it is not a luxury hotel with amenities but it was clean and safe and functional."
The Alder at Resorts World Catskills
8/10 Good
"Good"
Blue Hill Lodge
8/10 Good
"Loved the setting. Good price. Nice to have the restaurant/brewery right there. The room was nice and clean. The coffee machine wasn't good. The mini fridge was so loud we had to unplug it. I could hear everything the people in the room next to us were saying."
Best Western Monticello
8/10 Good
"Breakfast has powdered eggs and instant coffee, which if improved would make the breakfast good"
YO1 Longevity & Health Resorts, Catskills
10/10 Excellent
"It has a beautiful, peaceful, soothing atmosphere. Very relaxing. Food was delicious. Staff was nice. Room was amazing."
Urban Cowboy Lodge
8/10 Good
"Room has unique personality, however the room is too small for what I paid for. And we've been told the room will be cleaned daily, never happened. The overall experience is tranquil weekend getaway."
