One of the best hotel i been in my life. Everyone that works there is so friendly. From the front desk to the restaurant are amazing. The food is delicious and the pool is beautiful and the entire hotel is clean. I went from staying from one day to three days.
The Hotel on North is a thoughtful and beautiful transformation of 2 old contiguous buildings, a store and factory, into a hip and fun hotel. The spaces are extremely large and open from the common spaces to the guest rooms, including the bathrooms. The aesthetic is colorful and friendly rather than the cookie cutter faux luxury I usually find in expensive hotels. The quirky design features such as vintage furniture and painted floors are a great juxtaposition to the perfect bed linens and...
Very clean room the staff were very pleasant. The breakfast was pretty decent. The only issue we had was parking that didn’t seem to be enough spots for the hotel when we came back from a concert at Tanglewood. Every spot at the hotel was taken. Luckily somebody left otherwise the place was great.
It was very conveniently located to the activities we were doing on our mini-vacation. There were a couple of issues that developed during our stay, but the staff did an excellent job of dealing with the issues.
Beautiful room, very conveniently located right next to a main strip of little shops, theaters and restaurants. We brought all of our own food and were able to store it safely, roomy refrigerator provided- and all cooking utensils, pots, pans, plates... Everything provided. There was a dvd player, and we were able to have movie nights, and a back balcony to enjoy coffee on the porch or read a book in a heavily wooded area which provided a nice shady view to block the parking lot. The front desk...
This is a super clean, comfortable, and relaxing Inn. The Inn-keepers, Chloe and Shawn are wonderful. I could not have been happier with the service, the level of cleanliness, and the comfort of my room and common areas. Breakfast was delicious!
This was the most comfortable B&B I have every heard of let alone stayed at. It does not have the awkwardness of eating breakfast in a community room of strangers. All the breakfast amenities are in you room, including the food that is stock daily by the inn keepers, so you get to enjoy in the comforts of your room (which is a cozy as home). The room was so spacious and well kept. Every detail is thought of by the innkeepers and if they forgot something they are accessible and gracious to...
We were greeted by extremely friendly staff. Check in and check out was seamless. Room was very nice and immaculate. We especially liked the bathroom design - didn't have to trip over the toilet to get in the shower as in most hotels! Free breakfast was the usual fare, but in a very pleasant and uncrowded room. Appreciated the free US News and NY Times Beautiful indoor pool - wish we'd brought our bathing suits!
I love this place and have stayed here before. Even with the precautions for COVID-19, my kids and I still had a great time. The check-in was smooth and safe. The room was clean and sanitized. In fact, we had to "break the seal" on the door to enter and the seal was evidence of the cleaning that was done. Of course, the arcade and movie theatre were closed, but that was no surprise. The pools were open and reservations required to ensure everyone could be safe and still have fun. Lots of...
This motel is in a convenient location for visiting Williams College. Rooms are clean and the mattresses are very comfortable. They have the largest TV screens I've seen in any motel. Their Continental breakfast is extensive with a variety of pastries, breads, and beverages. The staff is kind, caring, helpful, and accommodating.
Everything there was great except Christiansens taver. The service was ok but the food was terrible. I would not recommend this place for dining. I would go to McDonalds before I ate there again. We do however recommend Powder Hounds Tavern at the entrance, The service and the food were excellent and affordable.
