"I booked a non smoking king room, they had us for a smoking king room, WE DON'T SMOKE so we had to settle for something other than what we originally booked. Also the front desk clerk may need a drug test very soon because she sure was in a hurry for absolutely no reason at all, but it was a very clean facility just maybe needs to be ran differently and get better organized for booking rooms."

"My son caught a roach in our room, old stain on recliner, room wasn’t ready till the last minute and the WiFi was awful. We had an overall decent experience but I can’t say I would stay here again. Food options weren’t great considering no outside food and drink allowed. "

"I've staying at Hollywood before and had pretty decent visits with no real problems. However my last visit went left after checkout I noticed a charge for an upgrade I never asked for. I was told it would be taken off and not charged but 2 days later it posted in my account...fast forward over 2 weeks, several calls and 2 messages for a callback from a supervisor I never received ...I finally called again and was able to speak with a supervisor who took 2 minutes to refund my money saying it may be several more days and without an so much as an apology but "anything else" Never have I ever been treated so rudely over a mistake the HOTEL MADE and did little to assure it was corrected nor did they apologize. They were a few very nice front desk attendants that did try to help but couldn't then the other half was not so kind and acted like I did something wrong."

"What i liked is that the rooms was very clean and the people was very helpful but trying to get the room when u get there was to slow for me because we had been there for at least 3 hours before I got my room I had to tell them I had my elderly mother with me for them to respond quickly u wish that they would do better in getting the rooms clean on time before people check into the hotel that would be a plus because it dont matter where u book from I feel u still should get a quick response for checking in just my thoughts but great stay"
