"This was a great hotel, would visit again. I did not love that we had to pay for parking but it was still an okay time since we only stayed 1 night. The breakfast was great, fully stocked, and staff was very friendly."

"Staff were friendly and helpful. I left on Sunday, May 10 and the lady at the front desk was very friendly. She let us store our bags for a few hours and was very professional. I wish I would have gotten her name but she had long black hair."

"Whoever checked me in was the most unpleasant front desk agent I ever encountered. Older white lady with shorter hair just downright does not belong in customer service. The website says they have a hot tub they don’t and haven’t had one in years!! Pool look nasty anyway. Walls chipped dirty carpet in halls restaurant stinks didn’t even stay total waste."

"We had a 3 night stay at the City Express. It was my first time at this Marriott brand and it will hopefully be my last. When we first walked in my nose was assaulted by cleaning chemicals. The staff at the front desk was friendly enough. The rooms didn’t have any coffee makers or even cups to drink water. We were told that they had been removed. In order to get coffee first thing, we either had to wait until breakfast opened or go to the lobby where there was one pot. Oddly, there are no towel bars in the bathroom. Breakfast did offer hot options, but didn’t have much of a selection overall. If you want a cheap hotel for a quick overnight, this is ok, but I personally won’t choose it again."
