"Absolutely loved our stay. The property is beautiful, peaceful, and surrounded by the most stunning natural setting. The jungle and beach together make it feel truly special. The food has been delicious throughout our stay, and the staff have been wonderful, warm, and incredibly accommodating.
One of the highlights was the couples spa experience, which was extremely memorable and added something really special to the trip. The gym is also great, which was a nice bonus.
Overall, this has been a relaxing, beautiful, and memorable stay. Highly recommend."
"Como o hotel se descreveu: Boutique, nossa expectativa seria realmente de uma experiência de hotel boutique, mas nem de longe, se assemelhou.
Ralo do banheiro quebrado, restos de cabelo no ralo, sujeira nas paredes do banheiro, cabelo seco na parede do banheiro, espelho sujo, são alguns dos pontos que acho importante ressaltar em relação a estrutura.
Acreditamos que o café da manhã seria compensatório, mas logo, percebemos que seria -mais uma- quebra de expectativa. Não vou me estender, mas para terem ideia: nem frios a disposição tinham.
Infelizmente os comentários negativos são de fato verdadeiros, acreditamos que talvez seriam apenas insatisfações passadas que a gestão deu atenção e melhorou, mas isso não aconteceu.
