Todo estaba limpio, estaban en mejorias y en arreglos de algunas areas, el staff amable y atentos. El desayuno continental no fue de nuestras expectativas, esperabamos algo más, como la proteína, había pan, cereales (cornflakes), avena y manzanas. El área de la piscina estubo limpia y espaciosa. En el área de niños, el joven que nos atendió muy servicial, comunicativo y atento. Los cuartos excelente, agua caliente, dos camas, agua caliente, closet, tabla de planchar, TV, Direct TV le funcionaba...
Hotel Milano is placed in a great area, me and my mate was able to walk to pretty much everything, food, shopping, bars, and local convenience stores. The staff were very friendly and helpful, we were even given complimentary umbrella for the rain. I really appreciate the hospitality, I would definitely recommend others to stay here. I felt safe and everyone in the area was very welcoming.
Looking for a local hotel, instead of the "tourist" traps in VSJ? One that is literally right on the beach? And has a bar, grill and views of the ocean on BOTH sides? Say no more. Found this place while on the plane on an impromptu, last-minute, mind-clearing weekend trip and couldn't have been more relaxed. Not busy. Not full of tourists like VSJ. Not pretentious. Ignore all the previous reviews that complained about the rundown neighborhood. PR was hit by the devastating Hurricane Maria and is slow to recover. You see empty buildings damaged by the hurricane quite often and they are by no means indications of the sketchiness of the neighborhood. The neighborhood is safe and it’s literally next to the Capitolio!!!

The place is very nice and always clean. The location is the best for me. Walk to downtown old San Juan or get a cab. Condado, one of the best place in Puerto Rico. I have been visiting for over 20 years.
Very clean, cute little place at the end of a cul-de-sac that backs up to a forested area. Easy to follow check in instructions, super friendly and helpful staff. Nice sized room, everything in good working order. Again, super clean. Great value, definitely a great visit.
We absolutely love the hotel. The Area. The church. Everything was perfect. I’m a proud Puerto Rican this trip was everything. Thank you El Convento we look forward to coming back soon.
The property inside is very nice and elegant. Didn't like that have to pay 25 dollars per night for parking when im paying to stay in here. Other wise everyone is amazing. And i appreciate them.
