"The view was beautiful. We had no wifi connection in our ADA room. It was reported but not resolved during our two night stay. The price was double what we normally pay. The towels were not great. The breakfast was wonderful."

"Older motel across the highway from the lake, with small but newly updated and sparkling clean rooms (and bathrooms) that include a mini-fridge, coffee maker, bottled water, and breakfast bars as complimentary amenities. Dogs allowed for a fee. Parking lot can fill up, but side-street parking is available if that happens. Walkable to Main Street. It’s on a busy main drag in and out of Ashland, so traffic noise might disturb light sleepers. Friendly, helpful office staff (Al)."

Nice kitchenette, bed was comfortable, air conditioning worked well and this was a very nice location for the walk on the path into town. Only 10 minutes and we were in the midst of the restaurants and also the boat tour and ferry to Madeline Island."
