The area of the hotel is very beautiful and convenient to the airport and makl. The customer service at hotel was wonderful. The entire ambiance of the hotel is stunning from the lobby to the room. No complaints at all.

Lovely property centrally located near all that I needed.

Overnight trip with son. Appt next day at Johns Hopkins. Twenty-minutes away. Firm bed soft pillows. Room clean. AC was a little noisy but better than none at all. Staff was excellent, kind, and respectful. Pool and gym were small but great for overnight. I loked the selection for breakfast. My 16 year old said did not like it. I told him to go hungry. I liked it. Very close to Arundel Mills Mall and Bass Pro shop. Had dinner and show at Medevil Times which was a nice change, food,...

Love the property it was a beautiful beautiful hotel and experience definitely recommend!!

I loved that the place was clean and there was so much around for an affordable price! The room was nice and spacious, very relaxing. The staff were a little awkward and cold (at least with the ones Ive interacted with), but it wasnt bad

It was a really good experience it was very clean

Awesome Hotel! We definitely plan on staying there again if we’re in the area.

Loved this hotel. Everything was in excellent condition. Comfortable bed, clean bathroom. Friendly staff. The breakfast was very good. We went to the dining area to play cards in the evenings... no problem. I would recommend this location highly. We will return here next time we visit our son.

Great price for the amenities and modern rooms with kitchenette. No stove but burner upon request. We used the outdoor barbecue. On site free laundry and gym. Free shuttle to the train station and airport. We took the train into Washington DC and had a great time. The room was clean and updated with a city flats feel. We loved it here and plan to return.

Excellent hotel. Very professional and friendly staff who go above and beyond to ensure you have an exceptional stay. We checked in late and required a handicap room. Jason made sure the room was exactly what we needed as well as perfectly clean and tidy! My mom also lost her phone in the lobby during our stay and it was fortunately turned in to the front desk. The person working the desk thought to turn it on, then picked up our call right away which allowed a very prompt return of the phone...

We stayed for 1 night . The room was perfect for our family of 3 with clean bathroom and comfortable beds. Online check in was a great option as well. The front desk staff was very courteous and friendly. The breakfast buffet was fully stocked from eggs, waffles, to bagels, cereal and oatmeal. And it was tasty which is always an added bonus.

This is an excellent property with and excellent staff. Ms. Nasharae and Ms. Angela at the Front Desk are top notch.

Stayed there for a conference at the casino. Pleasantly surprised when I checked in how cute lobby was. Everything appeared updated and very trendy boutique vibe. My room was immaculate !! The bedding , linens and bathroom and layout super modern and clean. Color scheme on point. They offer a shuttle to get me to casino and airport. Will definitely stay there again !!

New property as of September 2024. Very nice staff. Breakfast was a bit less than expected, mostly in comparison to other amenities, but I think they are working on it.

Nice

very comfortable. The other guests down the hall were a little noisy, but that is not the fault of the hotel.

No free breakfast, no free coffee. Not much options to buy breakfast. No computer/printer to print boarding pass. But the staff at the counter helped to print boarding pass for me.

i like where i was at and how the staff took care of me
