This is an adults-only property. I booked this in haste without learning this piece of information, which was entirely my fault. The owners were very gracious about handling my mistake and I'm grateful to them. It's a lovely location with great facilities. If you're looking for adults-only lodging you should definitely stay here. If that's NOT what you're looking for, please be smarter than me and stay someplace else.
The room and bed was comfortable, the staff was great. The shower was great, the balcony was an added bonus. Coffee and snacks in the morning was nice. The parking was very easy and convenient. The only thing I would say is that the pictures of the beach is a little misleading on the website. It is a rocky beach, no access in walkable distance that we could see. However there is a marvelous beach across from the Kiosks in Liquillo that I highly recommmend. I would stay here again for sure.
The place was really nice, didn’t have any elevators or at least going to my unit there weren’t any so had to walk up a few stairs. The grounds were lovely but everything closed by either 10 or midnight. My only issue was I didn’t realize it was a hour away from San Juan and it’s more of a relaxing/family resort than a party “turn up” resort so it definitely wasn’t what I was expecting but nice nonetheless. Condo had everything we needed. Staff was friendly and attentive to our additional needs such as extra pots, towels and pillows. I will stay here again. There condo we were in needed a little work but you can see by all the construction workers the rooms are being revised.
This place was so romantic. The room had all of the perfect amenities for the beach! From beach chairs, umbrella, and nice cold drinking water...to q-tips, luscious towels, and make up remover pads. Loved the decor! Will definitely return again.

The property was very clean, cozy, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The neighborhood was peaceful, safe, and quiet, which made it easy to relax and enjoy our trip. One of my favorite parts was waking up to the sound of the roosters in the morning it felt like a natural alarm clock and hearing the beautiful coquí frogs at night was such a special experience.

Beautiful property, and absolutely wonderful hosts. Waking up and having a fantastic homecooked breakfast surrounded by beautiful rainforest is just amazing. I wouldn't stay anywhere else when I went back to Vieques. It's in an awesome authentic neighborhood five minutes from the boardwalk. It's safe, clean and comfortable. It's not a resort it's a guesthouse and if you're going to Vieques that's where you should stay b/c it's Vieques. Sure you could spend three times more but you'd be missing out and wasting your money.

There was an issue with the hot water the day we checked in but they got to work on it within minutes and got us in a different room without any hassle.
