We enjoy staying at this property whenever we are in Ames visiting our college student daughter. The property is new, clean, well serviced and has Starbucks beverages and snacks in the cafe downstairs. It is located just off Duff Avenue, the major shopping and dining street in Ames, and is also close to several apartment complexes where students live. Parking is right outside the front door.
Our room was fantastic, in suite bathroom. Family room & breakfast area was nicely set up, plenty of space. We had taken the time to walk the property, very relaxing, peaceful & tranquil. On our way out on Sunday we were able to purchase some vegetables and farm fresh eggs.
