"The hotel and casino were wonderful. The staff was so kind and helpful. The food was okay. We wish they had a proper breakfast available not just two egg sandwiches. //we had to go elsewhere to get breakfast which was a pain. We would definitely go back but hope they do something about the food issues."

"The name of this hotel is a temporary "generic" name. It is transitioning between being a Hampton Inn and a Comfort Suites, and it hasn't yet been certified as the latter. The best things about it were the friendliness of the desk clerk and the quiet and comfort of the bed. The breakfast wasn't up to snuff; like the interim status of the hotel, it was "temporary" breakfast with hot food only on weekends. The coffee was tepid to cold. The location is convenient, and the price was pretty good. It served the purpose of having somewhere to stay overnight after arriving at Pittsburgh airport."

"The first impression was terrible. The people seemed sketchy, and the lobby was dirty and outdated. The roof over the main entrance had a large hole in it and did not look safe at all. There were people fighting in the hallways in the middle of the night, and the walls were paper thin. I could clearly hear the family staying next door the entire time. I also overheard other guests complaining about fridges in their rooms and toilets not working, so when I got to my room I checked ours immediately. Sure enough, the tub was clogged and the water would not drain properly. The refrigerator was not working either. Although it is advertised as being close to the airport, you actually have to drive in a large loop to get there, and it ended up taking about 20 minutes. I would not stay here again."

"The hot tub and laundry were closed for repair. I had to get a hair dryer from the front desk. The carpets were old, worn and stained. The actual room was ok. It was apparent they were trying to make it look better with taking some short cuts. Caulking in the bathroom was new, but it was obvious they simply covered over the old dirty grout instead of cleaning it. The front desk was friendly, but no professional ism. Family run outfit? Dad waits on us, but says he doesn't know how to use the computer, while a young daughter is asking where mom is. Husband tells us wife is in the bathroom! TMI. She comes out sporting a grubby hoodie. For $121 for 1 night I expected a little more. I would not stay here again."
