The shampoo, conditioner, and soaps were a nice touch; none of that cheap quality off brand stuff you get in some hotels. The tiles in the bathroom were really nice, along with some other modern touches like a fridge with a glass door. The complimentary water was greatly appreciated! There's an outdoor area to enjoy, with fire pit and lounging area, and games like corn hole. Thank you for making our stay comfortable! ☺️

We stayed 2 nights at the hotel, the hotel is very comfortable and we loved the breakfast, dessert at night, evening wine tasting and the best of all, steam shower and nice hot tub. I do have to mention one thing is that if you book with more than 2 people (include kids of all age) in a room with the # of people listed on the Expedia confirmation page and even with phone call to Expedia confirming the booking is for 3 or 4 people and the price is included , the hotel might still try to charged...

The front desk is anti social or needs a quick refresher on people skills. Housekeeping and Maintenance team you gals and gals rock. These two team are very professional, polite, and overall great people. Our room AC died and maintenance came in a jiffy and addressed the situation. The landscape is very beautiful and the barn gym was great-could have weights for bodybuilders. Pool water temperature was warm and pool side clean. Surrounding area looks run down or not so inviting.

From the time we arrived and were greeted by Katy to the time we left three days later we were treated royally. The B&B is so charming and the grounds are park-like. We stayed in the Sun Room and although small inside, the private deck is amazing! The bed was like sleeping on a cloud. The breakfasts served on our deck were delicious and served graciously. The location is so convenient for walking around downtown but we enjoyed the atmosphere at the Simpson House so much that we hung out...
