This is a hotel with a casino in it. My son wanted to play casino games before a day of snowboarding. It was clean and recently updated bathroom. Very comfortable beds. The only thing that I didn’t care for was the dimly lit room. There were canned ceiling lights that had covers more appropriate for aiming at hung pictures. There was only one table lamp with a black shade. One of the two bathroom mirror’s lights weren’t working. For one night it was ok but very overpriced.
We loved our little lakeside studio! It's about 100 steps from the front porch and we're on the beach! The full kitchenette was great and the nearby Safeway meant we were able to save $$ on food. It's still off season and we came in the midweek, so we had the place pretty much to ourselves. This hotel also had a private pier, and we walked out there on our first night and sat on the bench just taking in the peace and beauty of the lake.
Fabulous time in Truckee and Gravity Haus. Great room. Living area. Small kitchen. Perfect. Close to hiking which we did. Great food nearby and pubs. Close to Lake Tahoe which we visited (Tahoe City). Sat by the lake. Just a great 3 day getaway. Recommend Gravity Haus. Restaurant on site.
This is the cleanest and nicest Motel 6 I’ve ever stayed in!! I am so impressed with the amenities that this motel has that other upper tier Hotels in this area can’t compare to. I’ll be staying here frequently and enjoying the beautiful pool while it’s hot outside!!
From the outside looks like a run down hotel until you get into the room very nice. Very family oriented. Pool & Gaming area’s. Nice that there is access to the Lake Shore.
For a place that is literally walking distance to everything it was perfect. It was quiet, the bed was super comfortable and overall was great for our end of our trip. For those booking through a third party do make sure once you book you call to finish your check in. They were super helpful when I realized I missed that step.
5 Stars all the way!!!! From the moment we checked in, which the staff was so friendly, to going into the safe parking garage, you know right off this is going to be amazing! When we went to go check out our suite, WOW what a surprise. Full kitchen, no need to bring anything except your own food and drinks, because the little store is reay high priced, dining room table, couch, gas fireplace, balcony that looks out into the courtyard that would be a perfect place for the Summer Blues nights,...
We saw a few reviews that made us a little anxious about our choice, but once we got to our room we were extremely happy. The room is large any very comfortable. Very clean. We did not visit the restaurant or other amenities, but it was close to the ski slopes and town where we did spend a lot of time. Would go back again!
We recently stayed at Inn at Truckee and was pleasantly surprised by the quality and comfort it offered. The check-in process was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and welcoming. My room was clean, well-maintained, and had all the basic amenities I needed, including free Wi-Fi and a comfortable bed.

Pleasant staff. Free use of snow shoes and sleds. Cute cozy cabin albeit it became too warm and the heating was centralized so I had to crack open a window to feel comfortable in bed. Great access to beach which had a ton of snow when we were there.
We stayed at this property 6 years ago when it was affiliated with our timeshare. We liked it then, but we really loved our stay this time. Love the ambiance, but not crazy about additional charge for parking & additional charge for breakfast. Those were not charged before. But, overall, it was a great stay.
