"Parking was safe and easy "

"The hotel was disgusting, FIRST room we took 5 steps in and stuck to the floor. Very visible sticky stain. Second room was cleaner. A lot of damaged walls, stains and smells. They don't have full size towels (we asked!). Hand towel is as big as it gets. Breakfast is pathetic. One mr. Coffee size pot of coffee for everyone in the hotel, granola bars, applesauce, questionable bread and waffle batter. Juice was out of order. Check in staff member was lovely and apologetic for the gross room. Check out staff was annoyed, I wouldn't just leave the key on the counter (I wanted to make sure it got put away, so I wasn't charged). Beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were the size of a throw pillow we got 3 for a queen size bed."

"The building reeked of cigarettes as soon as you walked in. One room had a hole in the wall. The other had walls peeling. Windows opened but no screens. Which is not safe or family friendly. All the lights zapped and flickered when you turned them on. No towels when you walked in they didn't have any around until 9pm. Not impressed. Will not be returning."

"I was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. Pulling up to the property, I didn’t think much of where I was staying. But upon entering the hotel, Ben, the front desk staff member, greeted me very pleasantly. Although my room wasn’t ready, he made sure I had all that I needed to come back later. When I came back to check my room it was ready and Ben actually gave me a double instead of a single suite. I went up to my room and it was extremely clean and spacious. I was pleasantly surprised and enjoyed my stay there immensely. It wasn’t fancy, it was no frills but it was a wonderful, comforting feeling staying there. It was close to amenities, restaurants, museums and other recreational places. I will definitely stay there again if I’m headed out to Sturbridge."

"Not the cleanest place Ive stayed at. Just a bit grubby and worn, bedroom windows were opaque so couldn't really see out. Stairs needed a good vac, crumbs and bits of rubbish on floor down the side of the bed. Bathroom clean, shower pressure good, bed clean and very comfy, was fine for 1 night. Staff very pleasant and helpful."
