"SLOW check in, couldn’t understand clerk, called our room that night and wanted us to come down and sign something. In the morning the desk laughed and said signing wasn’t necessary?"

"This by far was the best hotel we've stayed at in a long time. Everything was wonderful! The double king suite was roomy and had a lot of seating options. The bathroom was clean and excellent shower! The breakfast was delicious with a lot of choices. You could tell that the staff took a lot of pride in their facility."

"The evening staff was rude. We were there for 3 nights and not once did we get offered clean towels. I had to clean my own bathtub when we got there. There is a big population of homeless people around. The pool had to stay locked so they couldn't bathe in it. The police were at the hotel on 2 seperate occasions. There is no breakfast like they advertise. Its 2 mini muffins only. I had to go to the front desk to ask for toilet paper and got asked how many rolls were in my room when we got there. Not a good place to stay. Would not recommend at all. Nothing like what the pictures show"

"Room was very clean and comfortable, I slept like a baby!!! It was nice and quiet, had everything I needed, and just an overall pleasant experience. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was a bit sad but that would be my only complaint. I would absolutely stay here again."

"Unique property with definite charm and mountain locale but unfortunately our room was extremely dirty. Very dusty, hair all over sheets and in the bathroom, towels did not smell clean/fresh and dirty sink. We really liked the digital check in as that can be convenient. Was still an enjoyable stay regardless. Property was quiet."

"I rented this hotel for one night on our way to Denver, I thought why rent a more expensive hotel when it's just one night to sleep. this hotel was awful it was so dirty and underkept. the curtains were dirty; the light fixtures were torn. the door to the restroom was hard to close and just over all dirty. I got the two-bed option, and the bed was too small for two adults we had to sleep literally touching. we were so grossed out but we checked in like at 2am so too late to go searching for another room. we got out of there as soon as we could didn't even showered. in addition the room is noisy you can hear the bathroom water."
